What if I am not around to receive the shipment?
You need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods. We DO NOT leave the shipment at your gate/door, or to your pet dog/cat.
We WILL NOT proceed with the order, should no human beings be there to receive the goods. Any failed delivery will result in the shipment being sent back to us. We will charge you for the (a) SHIPMENT BACK TO US, and (b) TO SHIP OUT AGAIN, should this situation arise.

Self Collection: If you chose to pick up from store, please visit us within our Operating Hours. This is non-negotiable.
Time Definite Orders:
We DO NOT do time-definite orders. If you state a given time or date in the check out, we will CANCEL & REFUND the order immediately - excluding a processing fee of 5% of the amount paid.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. If your order is trackable you can check its progress by tracking on the courier's website.
What should I do if my shipment is damaged during transit?
When taking delivery of you order, please remember that you are signing for the package in good order. If the package is damaged this must be noted on the courier's documentation. Once a package is signed for it is done so in good condition, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage.
